Freshly decorated & light filled unit with tea coffee and tea plus a large bathroom. Staff were terrific and knowledgeable, everything was outstanding. I had access to free parking, very clean pool. The weather was warm sunny, had special stay.

Loved my stay, it was really unforgettable, the service was great. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs and a bus stop available walking distance to the hotel. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was splendid. The room was very large, great bed. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was fabulous.

The reception was friendly, I enjoyed it. Inclusive breakfast, brilliant service. Location really close to town center and shops. Also, it was nice for getting to a bustling plaza.

Fab location, excellent service - overall perfectly fine. Incredible view of lake. Staff was extremely cheerful, I appreciated it. Spotlessly clean and exceptional hotel in Historic Centre of Brugge district. Easy check in and late check out.

I was given perfect and absolutely perfect room, just how I expected it to be. Staff were ready to help, so nice of them. The casual restaurant was nice and offered FRESH meals. Exceptional service was provided here too.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the staff was responsive, good wi-fi. Pool with the lake view was amazing. Plenty of food in the hotel, casual restaurant.

Every place we wanted to visit including belfort was a few steps away from this hotel. For dinner we chose Petite Maison, that was 500 metres from the venue. The staff was efficient on arrival and throughout the stay.
